How to order from the FELT Product Line

Send an email to office@feltstudio.com.

Simply supply us with your name, shipping address, phone / fax numbers, email address and the name or description of the item you'd like to purchase and we'll contact you to confirm your order and respond to any questions you may submit.

All information is confidential and you will not receive any promotional information from our company.

ORDER
Upon receipt of your order a confirmation will be issued to you indicating the total invoice amount including shipping and taxes where applicable.

PAYMENT
All orders must be prepaid before delivery.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, certified cheque or money order made payable to FELT.

DELIVERY
You can expect to receive your items in two to three weeks.
Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and will not be accepted without prior authorization from FELT.
