Calgary Telus Conference Centre

This feature wall, in four parts each 23' long x 9' high, was designed to fit between existing columns along the main wall of this grand reception space. The project designers were interested in the FELT Striation series and how it could be adapted to create a “flow” of white and grey tones across the four areas and unite them as one wall. Prairie Wind uses layers of felt to reflect the forms of the local landscape. Strips and strata stretch across the wall in fields of natural tones. A sea of white sweeps across grey plains and sky.
