FELT workshop, Ryerson University

Kathryn Walter was invited to conduct an afternoon workshop for interested students using material she donated to the School of Interior Design at Ryerson University. Considering the bank of windows onsite, students were tasked with designing and making a scale mock-up of a window covering. The results were a range of textures and patterns that allowed for privacy with some transparency.

Review of prototypes. Each group of 2-4 students worked with the same limitations of felt cut in 4" wide strips
